The influence of the programme will increase if schools are able to send a pair of facilitators.

KEY OUTCOMES

  • Practice and develop a wide repertoire of facilitation skills
  • Examine research and theory of adult learning to positively influence practice
  • Develop a personalised toolkit for high quality facilitation
  • Devise materials to improve pupil learning through staff learning OR
  • Devise materials to facilitate adult leadership learning through the QTL programmes
  • Learning processes will include: modelling, peer feedback, reading, enquiry, instruction, practical application and facilitation
